Modern duplex apartment in the center of l'Escala. There is room for 8 to 9 people in 4 bedrooms. With two terraces, a view of the Bay of Rosas and a garage with space for 2 cars, this is a luxury holiday loft.

If our guests wish, a motorboat with captain is available (at an additional cost).

The space
From the garage you take the elevator to the top floor. The hall gives access to the first bedroom. This bedroom has its own shower, toilet and sinks. In front of the bedroom is a balcony with sea view. There is a seating area to enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the view over the bay. Back in the hall is also the hallway to the other 3 bedrooms and another bathroom.

From the hall is the staircase to the top floor. There is the living room with terrace. There is a large TV with many channels. The WiFi code is located under the router.

The top floor has a terrace with a beautiful panorama. There is a large dining table and lounge set. There is also a sun canopy to provide some shade in the summer. The sitting room has a comfortable seating area and there is a flat screen TV. On the other side of the floor is an open kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences. You can eat together at the long wooden dining table. There is also a guest toilet on the first floor. Behind the kitchen is a large balcony/terrace with table and chairs. There is also the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

This is a fantastic place to spend a holiday with two families or a group of friends in the center of l'Escala! Also think of the parking garage with space for two cars. A rarity in the old town.
