In case of impossibility to come due to travel restrictions related to COVID 19, we will refund 100% of the sums paid regardless of the date of cancellation.

We provide one towel and one hand towel per person.
The beds are made upon your arrival.
Very beautiful fully equipped air-conditioned villa with private swimming pool, unlimited free WiFi internet with large outdoor and indoor spaces.

Located between a wooded natural park ideal for sports lovers of nature and the sea with its magnificent beaches mixing the green of the pines and the blue of the Mediterranean, this villa is ideal for families wishing to discover the Costa Brava.

It has a ground floor comprising 1 suite (bedroom and bathroom) opening onto a very bright living room dining room kitchen.
The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and household appliances to be able to cook like at home.

A protected terrace overlooks the outside with a beautiful swimming pool of about 7 x 3 maintained by us. Garden furniture is available to enjoy the sun.

Upstairs, 1 marimonial bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds.
A bathroom with wc and bathtub is located between the two rooms.

As soon as you arrive, I will welcome you in person to show you around and give you a guide with a map of the good addresses to know about L'Escala and the region.

During your stay and for your greatest comfort, I can be reached 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. in the event of a problem. Your holidays and your comfort are our priority.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln
Wir hatte einen schönen Urlaub. L'Escala ist ein Urlaubsort mit vielen schönen Stränden und Buchten. Diese sind in ca. 20 - 30 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Schönes Haus mit genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Badewanne gibt es nicht, das hat uns jedoch nicht weiter gestört.

Casa correcta , zona muy tranquila , parking privado para dos coches, AA en cada habitación y comedor , espacio exterior correcto con una piscina muy bonita. Pero tiene algunos defectos que se tendrían que ir corrigiendo, una de las camas de matrimonio es pequeña y te hundías en ella, muy justa para dos personas. En la cocina no hay extractor de humos. Y falta algo de mantenimiento general de el estado de la casa y del exterior.

Rien à redire sur la villa si ce n'est l'invasion de fourmis dont personne n'est responsable . Arrivée et départ orchestrés par la fille de Mr Germain , adorable et efficace . Tout s'est très bien passé . Il est rassurant de constater qu'au moindre appel , Mr Germain est présent . Malgré la pleine saison , environnement très calme . Nous pensons revenir très vite . Encore merci à Mr William Germain et à sa fille .

The perfect stay
William and his daughter are very friendly, welcoming, responsive and flexible. The house was spacious and nice at a good and quit location. Spacious outside area with a beautiful pool. Several beaches on walking or (better) cycling distance. We had a perfect week here!!

Escale à l Escala
Emplacement idéale, suffisamment reculé du centre ville pour etre au calme, 10 mns de marche, à proximité du parc naturel et ses sentiers dont quelques uns vous mènes à des endroits sublimes. L hebergement est très agréable, bien équipé il manque rien, roof top au top pour un couché de soleil sur les Pyrénées. C est exactement ce que nous recherchions. Merci Mr Germain pour votre accueil

Una casa comoda en zona tranquila
En general, muy bien, la casa se encuentra en una zona tranquila. Que la casa disponga de piscina es genial y las instalaciones funcionan bien. La cocina bien surtida de utensilios para cocinar y suficientes platos, vasos, cubiertos, etc. Muy conviente disponer de horno electrico y microondas. Las habitaciones muy correctas, colchones en buen estado, y ropa de cama limpia y confortable. El único inconveniente era que el lavamanos del lavabo de arriba era muy puequeño. Lamentablemente no pudimos utilizar el garaje para aparcar el coche pues estaba la puerta estaba bloqueada, pero habia un espacio para aparcar dentro del recinto de la casa.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben im August 2022 drei schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. William begrüßte uns bei der Ankunft vor Ort im Haus und zeigte uns alles wichtige. William ist ein wirklich freundlicher und flexibler Gastgeber. Wir kamen ca. 90 Minuten früher als vereinbart am Haus an und nach einer kurzen Nachricht war William innerhalb von 10 Minuten da, um uns das Haus zu übergeben. Die frühere Anreise war kein Problem. Bereits bei der Übergabe fiel uns die absolute Sauberkeit des Hauses auf. Hier gab es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Ansonsten entspricht das Haus exakt der Beschreibung. Klimaanlage und Pool waren zur Abkühlung bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr hilfreich. Außerdem hat uns die moderne Ausstattung gut gefallen. Dass man das Auto auf dem umzäunten Grundstück und nicht auf der Straße parken muss, ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung, in der es nachts, oder auch tagsüber am Pool nicht zu laut ist. Das einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist das offene Badezimmer im Schlafzimmer des Erdgeschoss. Hier hätten wir uns eine Tür gewünscht. Alles in allem können wir das Haus und vor allem William uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Bon séjour en famille
Une maison familiale avec une piscine très appréciée. La maison est bien située, à proximité des commerces et de la plage de l’Escala. Quelques équipements énoncés dans l’annonce manquants en début de séjour mais qui a été réglé rapidement par le gestionnaire. Certains aménagements doivent être réparés (douche de l’étage qui fuit) ou pourraient être améliorés (pas de store dans la salle d’eau de l’étage ni de porte au niveau des toilettes du RDC) afin de rendre la maison plus agréable. Un bon séjour dans l’ensemble, cependant un bémol concernant la propreté de la maison lors de notre arrivée qui n’était pas satisfaisante.

Piscine très agréable, maison entièrement climatisée gors plus par ces chaleurs, cuisine bien équipée, confort global correct, literie perfectible, télé connectée pour films en famille, plage de riells à 5 min en vélo. Quelques soucis de robinetterie à notre arrivée réglés rapidement par M. Germain. Réactivité du gestionnaire remarquable. Nous relouerons surement avec vinga va.
