The house has 2 units, one on the floor reserved for the owners' holidays, the other on the ground floor rented in all seasons. Facing the sea, the house overlooks the Esplanade accessible only to pedestrians and bicycles. Its address is not listed on the GPS in your car. Access and parking of the car is on the garden side by a private passage from the rue du Phare.

The rented housing, labeled "3 keys" by Clévacances network, has 2 bedrooms:
A sea side (140 bed) and a side garden with two bunk beds;

Super séjour
Merci à nos hôtes pour le super séjour passé à l'Air Marin. Logement très bien équipé en électroménager. Terrasse du matin côté jardin au soleil levant puis terrasse du soir, côté océan, au soleil couchant avec vue directe sur le pont de Noirmoutiers. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine sans aucun souci. Encore merci.

Très joli et très agréable appartement face à la plage. Pas de circulation automobile devant la maison. Terrasse tranquille à l'arrière avec espace privatif pour la voiture. Prestations de qualité. Propriétaires sympathiques et soigneux. Situé entre le pont menant à l'ile de Noirmoutier et la gare maritime pour les excursions à l'ile d'Yeu, l'accès à ces deux superbes îles est d'une grande facilité. Commerces à proximité. Excellent séjour dans cet appartement bord de mer.
Avons passé 3 nuits dans cet appartement et espérons y revenir pour une plus longue période. Le centre de Fromentine est tout prêt avec les restaurants, les magasins de bouche et l'embarcadère pour l'Ile d'Yeu. Place de parking tout prêt de l'appartement, Wifi, équipement de l'appartement, tout était au top. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur sympathie.

Vacances paisibles en famille

Je suis ravis de mon séjour passé à Fromantine. L’hébergement est idéalement situé : rue piétonne et vue sur la mer, il est également très lumineux et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien ! Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants et très à l’écoute. Je conseille cette location. Je reviendrais très certainement !!!
