Beautiful house that deserves more attention
The house has a lot of space and a nice, simple atmosphere. It really is located just 3 minutes from the beach, so that is wonderful! Also the garden is a pleasure. For a big group, two bathrooms is not a lot... And because of the wooden floors you can hear everything in the house. The check-in was rather hasty because the concierge had to go elsewhere. We found that the rooms were not really clean (dust, spider webs, a lot of old objects everywhere like used soaps, used tooth brushes etc.). We liked the villa but with a little bit more love, taste and attention it could be a truly perfect place!

J'ai loué cette maison car il était indiqué 3 SDB et 3 WC. Nous étions 14 (enfants bb compris). Le tarif était en conséquence. En réalité il n'y a que 2 SDB et 2 WC. Par ailleurs il n'y a pas de congélateur ni de freezer, alors que dans le descriptif il est indiqué la présence d'un congélateur. Nous avons cherché le fer et la table à repasser pendant 2 jours, ils avaient été relégués dans une pièce à laquelle nous n'avions pas accès. Par ailleurs cette location étant gérée par une conciergerie, il est impossible de joindre directement le propriétaire. La personne de la conciergerie était charmante mais n'avait aucune solution pour nous. Nous avons fait un signalement à Abritel mais il n'y a guère de réaction de ce côté-là. J'aurais aimé un geste de la part du propriétaire, l'annonce ne correspondant pas à la réalité. En tout cas, à l'avenir, je ne passerai plus par un service de conciergerie, je préfère traiter avec le propriétaire. Grosse déception pour cette location et grosse déception aussi pour la gestion du dilemme par Abritel !
