The great thing about this holiday apartment is ... the exterior. In other words, the sea view. The bay window that occupies the entire width of the living room frames the ocean and La Baule beach. On the balcony with wooden garden furniture or in the living room, you can relax as a duo or as a family, following the tide ballet, the course of the sun and the evolutions of kite-surfers. Thanks to this large opening, the natural light illuminates the accommodation up to the recent L-shaped kitchen, including everything necessary and even more! The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a single bed. An additional bed folds out in the living room. In total, 6 people (4 adults maximum) can take advantage of this rental. A beautiful bathroom, with shower, completes the organization of the apartment. Its sober decor allows you to enjoy all the space. If you prefer the car to the train, a garage is available.

There is nothing closer to the sea at La Baule! The small residence faces the ocean. One of the most beautiful and long beaches in Europe stretches under the sun 10 m from the entrance. From the creeks of Pornichet to the port of Pouliguen, it is a superb playground for relaxing, running on the sand at low tide, swimming, climbing on a paddle… On the embankment, you will alternate cycling, tasting ice cream or frills, stroll in front of a fireworks display or a summer entertainment. Beach clubs welcome children, at establishments where you can have a drink with your feet in the sand. Always facing the sea, you can treat yourself to a spa treatment and try your luck at the casino. In this chic western seaside resort, you will find villas playing hide and seek with pines, delicious addresses and beautiful shops. Très belle vue sur la baie de La Baule, juste la route à traverser pour profiter de la plage.
Accueil sympathique par le concierge de Hoomy. Appartement propre, bien équipé, beaucoup de rangements, idéal pour un couple ou famille avec enfants. Moins adapté pour 2 couples. Canapé-lit très confortable, mais proche baie vitrée donnant sur le boulevard passager qui peut être bruyant selon la saison. La chambre à l'arrière est calme, dommage que le lit avec une structure métallique grince beaucoup.

une hirondelle ne fait pas le printemps
Si la vue depuis l’appartement est exceptionnelle, le plaisir est gâché par la propreté tant au niveau du frigidaire que de la vaisselle, d’un lit qui fait du bruit dès qu’on bouge, d’un lave vaisselle dont le filtre n’a pas été nettoyé depuis « un certain temps « , de la bonde de la douche à moitié bouchée..... Ça gâche un peu le plaisir !!!!!

Conforme aux photos mais loué avec garage INACCESSIBLE , donc stationnement véhicule devant l'immeuble si place disponible . Bien équipé, mais pas insonorisé (route à grande circulation) et double vitrage de mauvaise qualité (baie vitrée défectueuse). Literie pas confortable. Une dizaine de marches pour entrer dans l'immeuble, ensuite pas d'ascenseur, escalier très étroit : compliqué avec enfant de 4 ans.
