Refurbished apartment on the 2 nd floor of a villa in the heart of the bourboule, comfortable, for 5 people, close (on foot) to shops, thermal baths, casino, open windows and free shuttles to the slopes of alpine skiing of mont dore. The apartment is composed of a dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed for 3 people, a recent bathroom.
Baby equipment if needed. possibility of renting sheets on site. holiday checks accepted. accepted animals.
The deposit of 400 euros will be given on the day of your arrival as well as a cleaning deposit of 45 euros. They will of course be returned to you upon departure, with some exceptions.

Mandataire sur place géniale, logement....hum, hum, hum
Bonjour, nous sommes tombés sur une personne géniale à l'arrivée, au départ et en cours de séjour, Merci Merci Merci Mme BOYER, très professionnelle qui entretient super bien, mais l'appartement par lui-même vétuste, pas fini (depuis 2006...) hors du temps, Mme AUBRY, propriétaire, devait l'enlever de la location, est-ce fait (nous lui avons dit qu'il faudrait faire des travaux (entre 10 et 15000 € pour le remettre en état, dommage, la surface est bonne, il y a moyen de faire quelque chose de super dans cet appart ! Bonne chose : un lit avec literie confortable, de bonnes nuits) Cordialement

Logement très petit convient pour petite famille avec 1 enfant, difficile de s organiser à plus
Quartier calme et proche de tout, maison d époque avec les nuisances qui vont avec, mais c est le charme des très vieilles maisons. Une personne agréable est toujours disponible pour les questions courantes et est aussi très comprehensive. Juste détail sur la présentation en annonce, les prises de vues influencent trop positivement l espace 🙂

Appartement très petit, moyennement propre à notre arrivée. Manque des ampoules dans les lustres, très peu de vaisselle pour 5. Pas d'accès Wifi contrairement à l'annonce. Finitions à revoir...

appartement minuscule mal conçu et bruyant
situé au 2ème ètage ce tout petit appartement offre une vie en communauté avec les voisins très désagréable par le fait de cloisons non insonorisées, il y a 5 couchages dans une chambre de 14 m2 maxi, la micro salle d'eau au fond de la chambre, le plancher grinçant réveille toute la maisonnée lanuit .. Bref pas adapté pour une famille.

Logement , pas propre dessus de frigot très poussiereux , les protèges matelas et couettes étaient pleines de cheveux , je pense que les housses ne sont pas changées à chaque nouveau séjour ,pas d'alaises la femme de ménage se contente du ménage fait par les voyageurs elle ne repasse pas derrière La vaisselle est pas propre et il manque beaucoup d'accessoire ex : pas de couteau à steak que des couteaux à bout rond vaisselle déparraillée et vieillissante matelas peut confortable
