No room was available for me. They had all been given away by 11pm (perhaps earlier, but the night clerk with whom I spoke came on at 11pm and said all rooms were already gone when he came on duty).
Hilton customer service blamed me making a reservation via a 3rd party (aka Travelocity), but that is no excuse for my room to not be available for me when I arrived before midnight. I suggest your company work with Hilton to improve this behavior. They are encouraging customers to make reservations only via Hilton (not Travelocity) with their behavior.
