Great adult family vacation!
The cottage is nice; the beds are comfortable; spacious enough for 5 adults. The property is as pictured. The rivière Rouge has a fast current, ideal for paddle boarding but you must drive your boards back to the cottage. We parked at a local campground nearby. You can tie your tubes to trees and float,its not a swimming river.

Family Vacation 2024 La Conception, Qc.
Very nice property with all the necessary amenities and then some. It was quite clean when we arrived but we have some constructive criticism to share. During the hot weather we experienced all week long(27C-32C), the A/C was inadequate upstairs during certain hours and no A/C installed in the basement at all where there are 2 bedrooms. The owners should consider a stand-alone unit down there. Our house guests were not pleased as it was too warm for them even with the fans provided. We were too hot in the family room/kitchen as well between the hours of 2:30pm and 8:00pm as the sun entering through the panoramic windows cancelled out the cold air. It was very cold in the mornings and nights. There were a few cracked tiles on the kitchen floor that will need replacement before someone gets badly cut. The fridge needs replacement as it is rusty on the inside. The stairs going down to the river are uneven and dangerous. A handrail and small landing would be great. A gate for the back deck would help prevent accidents for both adults and children. The communication between the owners and ourselves was excellent, the WiFi powerful and 2 flat screens were nice. Lots of fire wood. Everything you need for a baby or toddler. Great place for our pet as well. Perfect for the cooler months of the year. Thanks again to Ava and Amber.

An excellent place to stay!
We had a great stay! Our group comprised of two families, each with an infant. This was during the winter and we enjoyed sledding on the small hill behind the house. Can't beat that convenience! It was also a short drive to the city, old village, or the resort. Two of the four rooms were in the basement which was awesome as it allowed us to not disturb each other during the night

Beautiful cottage by the river
This was our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first one. Great location, near Mont Tremblant, and quiet cottage to relax by the river. The host was very helpful, and the communication was easy throughout our stay. We highly recommend.

Excellent stay at this private and comfortable cottage
My family had a wonderful stay at this quiet 4-bedroom cottage conveniently located by the river. We swam in the river, walked in the friendly neighbourhood of La Conception and relaxed on the nice patio. Our dog came along and also had a fantastic vacation. The host was friendly and attentive, and quick to reply to our questions. We are already planning our next trip!

At the arrival we found dirty dishes in the diswasher. The bedsheets were dirty. The bathrooms were dirty. There were dirt everywhere. There were dirt clothes in the washing mahine. Overall terrible experience with the cleanness of the property.

Spacious and warm
We enjoyed the layout of this cabin and the lovely showers and great warmth from the furnace. It was an easy drive to Mont Tremblant and the skiing was great! Beds were reasonably comfortable. A few suggestions: this property needs serious dusting. I was very allergic to something at the house. There was also a faint cigarette odor in the main bedroom. Some of the dishes were not clean despite being put away in the cabinets. We had trouble figuring out how to turn in many of the lights. Each bedroom could use more light.

Drive upto the property was nice. Place was nice, lots of stuff for kids to play with. Kids loved the small sleding hill in the back of the house. Outdoor fireplace was nice. Lots of firewood. Overall good place to stay. About 15 mins from the village.

Great Stay
We came for skiing, and the weather was terrible. However, the accommodations were homey and perfect for our mixed group of teens and adults. We enjoyed the fire and played board games while it rained outside. The kitchen was well equipped, except for a bread knife! We slept well on comfortable beds, and everyone enjoyed the first rate showers. A great stay.

Lovely cottage
Checking in was easy peasy. We did not need to communicate with the property owners as there was no need for it. The cottage was clean and the kitchen well furnished! It is in a quiet town, right by the river... Perfect for a getaway from the city. The walk-in showers were an unexpected surprise. We can see that the 2nd living room in the basement would be a bonus for when we come back with the kids. Incredible value for the price. Will come back!

Nous sommes contents de notre séjour. Bel emplacement, très tranquille, commode, superbe vue sur la rivière Rouge. Très apprécié de pouvoir apporter notre chien. Faut rester dans l'idée que c'est un chalet alors c'est propre pour ce genre d'emplacement. Les communications sont faciles avec l'hôte.

Cozy weekend
Very well located with a beautiful view on the Rivière Rouge. It was very clean, we could tell the owner take good care of the place. We enjoyed the fire place after a cold ski day in Tremblant. Everything we needed for a fun get together in the Laurentides!
