The beds were a bit too firm and pillows a bit too soft, and the facility was a bit on the warm side, but I was grateful for a late night clean, quiet, safe room. It was a great place for a road trip pit-stop to rest and freshen up. Staff were also very friendly! Expedia provided a great price for my trip budget.

Staff never spoke to you drop keys on desk to checkout while staff standing right there. Sink wouldn’t drain in bathroom told them no one came. Had to go get towels myself. Just lacking in service attention

The room was nice and updated. Beds were comfy. Continental breakfast was very delicious and had a good diversity of food. However the hot water for the shower did not work properly. Had to crank the water lever all the way to max hot in order to get hot water to start flowing. The drain stopper would fall down and close the drain and when pulled back up, it came off. As far as cable for the TV, there was only about 7 channels that had any sort of signal. The pool was a bit chilly but felt good after awhile.

The room was a good size and perfectly ok. Details like lumpy pillows and barely enough shampoo for one shower cheapened the experience a bit. Breakfast needs improvement such as healthier options (plain yogurt, oatmeal, more fruit).

The property overall is excellent. However, our experience was marred by an unfortunate incident. After checking in early and returning late, we encountered a power outage caused by a hairdryer tripping the breaker. Despite contacting the front desk, the initial response was to search for a switch in the room, which proved fruitless. Even after escalation, the issue remained unresolved until just an hour before checkout. This inconvenience not only affected our ability to use appliances and lights but also resulted in spoiled food. While the staff attempted to assist, the lack of timely resolution left much to be desired.
