Just dissatisfied with overall furniture in room!
I can’t rate this a complete five because I don’t understand why they have to have the beds so high off the ground. No, I wasn’t in a handicap room and no, I was not able to sleep in the king size bed because it was too high for me to get into, a walk with a walker and it basically might’ve been one of the only rooms left but who knew that they would have a king size bed according to them that was 26 inches off the ground so the other thing is the comfort of their furniture was not the greatest. Besides, the vinyl material on the sofa Was peeling off. Very unappealing to have such A nice room, especially for the price they ask for that room. I’m sorry, but just overall, I was disappointed in the quality and the overall furniture appearance in the room I had.

Checking in guy was rude to other customers and then to us. Website shows food and drinks restaurant BUT it is closed. Cleaning staff was excellent. Breakfast is over at 9 AM that was a surprise. Man managing breakfast was excellent. Gentleman when checking in said cancellation was 4 pm the day before no matter what my conformation stated. Website states two TV’s not so pic shows two tvs in the big king suite with sitting room couch and chair. BUT NO TELEVISION Check in guy really got us off on A bad start. Very argumentative.

False advertising. NOT gluten/dairy friendly
Everything was great except the sins indicating they had gleuten free and dairy free itmes (on the counter by the breakfast food) just ask. NOT TRUE. We had a traveler with us who has significant issues with both. When asked about the items available (every mrning) we were told what was out was the only items available. Their eggs are cooked in butter so CHOICES WERE POOR and severeky limited. We told them if those items weren't avilable then the sign must be taken down because it is false advertising. Every morning it was back on the counter. We made the front desk aware each morning this ccurred and nothing changed. This was extremely disappointing. We located a grocery store and purchased items that could be made in the microwave.
