Hotel itself was fine, it’s what you’d expect. Breakfast options were good. Hotel was clean. Really disappointed though that the price we paid for a king room, it was right off of the breakfast area/pool. We heard every sound, noise, voices, etc. even with having the fan running constantly and trying to drown out the sounds with a sound machine we were still awoken numerous times. I really think if this is the only room left you should be made aware before you book.

Chose this place based off of positive reviews. Best consistent positive reviews out of all hotels in Onalaska and lacrosse. Nice, updated, and clean. Great parking and location. Staff is nice. Very impressed by the free breakfast. Great food, great options, and clean. Beds are comfortable and rooms were extremely clean and so were the bathrooms. Truly clean bathrooms are hard to come by. I definitely felt safe and secure here. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future travels through this area as long as they keep up with things. Walked over to the Japanese sushi and hibachi restaurant right next-door. Great place and great staff there as well.

It was ok
Hotel was comfortable enough. It's old and outdated and kind of smells like smoke. It's out of the way. It was nice that the bedding for the pull out coach was already in the closet. Breakfast was very crowded, only a few tables to sit at so we didn't get to take advantage of it.

The people checking me in and out were nice and efficient. The room was fairly updated. Good sized room and bathroom. The only downfall was the location of the hotel. While convenient to the highway, it was next to the highway. Thank God the heating/cooling unit in the room had a continuous fan button to help drown out the highway noise. Would recommend.

Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke when we walked in. The desk person said it was because staff smoked outside the back door below our room. She could not give us another room.

Nice place for the price, some breakfast items not available. Room and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Quiet, clean, convenient to grocery and site seeing. I would stay again if in the area.
