Our room was a good for our little stay. 1-The beds were a tad uncomfortable...the pillows were good, but glad we brought our own blankets. 2-the pool area was a good size and the hot tub felt great, made a weird noise at first, but then relaxing. 3-night check in was amazing and entertaining 4-shower pressure AMAZING as well and temp...small bathroom though Will use this hotel for all of our Sparta trips

The front desk staff was amazing with helping facilitate a better rate for a friend that was not able to get a group rate for a wedding, while I accidentally booked 2 rooms for that date. I was originally unable to cancel the room or even confirm whether or not I had already booked a room. The staff went above and beyond to help rectify the situation.

Nice place to stay. Ran out of a lot of breakfast items on Sunday. The cold water did not work in the jetted tub but the mgr dod state we would receive dome kind of refund. All in all a nice place to stay. We will return.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was much more than the Continental advertised. Internet was almost non existent. Maid service is every third day. We stayed two nights so didn’t receive it. Staff was friendly.
