Our stay was neutral. Checking in took a significant amount of time as the room I was assigned still showed a guest in the room and the front desk staff had to physically check the room to make sure it had no guest and had been cleaned, which it had been. Upon setting in, the bathroom soap bottle and conditioner bottle were empty. After notifying the front desk, I was asked to come down and get the necessary items, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great for families!!
We loved our stay! This has been our second time we have stayed at this specific hotel. We have small children so the pool is a wonderful place for them to burn off their extra energy. The breakfast was wonderful too! Lots of options and a very clean eating area!

Thin walls meant we heard every footstep, every hallway conversation and a loud party followed by an argument in the room next door. Room was fine enough but probably won’t stay here again.
