Welcome to our Lakefront dream villa! Luxuriously appointed throughout . 5BR,(4king and 1 queen) 4.5 baths and 3,200+sf on 3 levels with 3 decks facing Deerfield Cove Marina. Only 10 yards to the private Villas pool, parking for 4, and 1000MB fiber internet. All new appliances, bed linens, and decorations. You won't find a classier and more lovingly cared for place for your lake getaway! No pets please! Need a boat slip? We can direct you to the marina for a rental during your stay!

You will be given access to the building for your use during your stay. So check-in/check-out is simple keyless entry. You will receive a link for check-out... please remember, I am just a call away. My goal is to make this a 5 star stay.

Lastly, Know Your Guest will send a text to your mobile after your reservation is confirmed. This is a requirement of the booking. There is $35 Waiver fee.

Your stay at our lake house will be memorable from all the fun spaces to gather or just get away. Multiple seating areas on all 3 decks, only minutes to the golf club, tennis and winery, and spectacular peaceful views of the lake year-round. Seating for 12 indoors for each meal + 12 outside. Smart TVs, blazing internet, a coffee bar (Kcups you will want to bring) and indoor Tiki Bar downstairs, gas stove, gorgeous new dishes and plentiful barware, 3 ice makers, and more. We've done this place in a super high quality fashion and absolutely love it here - and know you will too.
We provide sheets and blankets but no towels.


Please note, there are no bedrooms on main level. All bedrooms require stairs. However, there is a 1/2 bath on main level.

The property is smoke free. We kindly request no parties out of consideration of the other residents in the community and how sound travels in the neighborhood. (villas are very close together)

Also, there are 4 parking spot in the front of the property. Please ONLY park in these spaces and be respectful of the other Guests in the community and don’t park in their space. Please also DO NOT park any boat or jetski trailers in this community.

Lastly, Know Your Guest will send a text to your mobile after your reservation is confirmed. There is a $35 Waiver fee. This MUST be completed within 48 hours of booking.

On the Day of your arrival, you will receive a message from me with your personal guest codes to enter the building and the specific unit. The code is only valid during the time of your stay.

Boat slips can be rented from the marina. Please call them directly.
