This resort is gorgeous. The room was breathtaking and very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The only thing I did not like was finding out there was an airport shuttle after paying US$180 for an uber plus overnight hotel near the airport. That could have been communicated. We plan to take our family back to it though. It is also located in the middle of all the adventure parks. Getting to it from San Jose is 3.5 hours which is of course tiring. But overall, a really lovely place.

Staying at Manoa Hot Springs Resort was an unforgettable experience! Nestled in the lush heart of Costa Rica, this resort offers a perfect blend of luxury and nature. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and hospitality made us feel like cherished guests. The accommodations were stunning—spacious, impeccably clean, and offering breathtaking views of the majestic Arenal Volcano. Waking up to the sight of this natural wonder surrounded by vibrant greenery was surreal. The hot springs were the highlight of our trip. Immersing ourselves in the warm, mineral-rich waters while listening to the sounds of the rainforest was pure bliss. Each pool had its own unique ambiance, making every soak a new adventure. The resort's dining options were equally exceptional. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes showcased the best of Costa Rican cuisine. Breakfasts, especially, were a delight with tropical fruits and locally sourced ingredients. We also appreciated the variety of activities offered. From guided nature walks to relaxing spa treatments, there was something for everyone. The property is well-maintained, and the landscaping perfectly complements the natural surroundings. What a treat this place was. We stayed 6 nights. Beautiful grounds and the restaurant was delicious. Bent over backwards to make us happy. They gave us a complimentary dinner as it was my husband’s birthday. Everyday they made animals out of the towels. Only one problem - bed was a little hard. Definitely would come back.

This place was absolutely beautiful and the service superb. Jose, Silvio, Marcos, Sebastian, Juan, and Carlos were all amazing. I recommend Arenal Manoa 10/10 the food was good I only hate we weren’t able to book the spa which wasn’t their fault they were booked. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful nature like vibe then this is your place.

Arenal Manoa & Hot Springs Resort is absolutely beautiful. The view of the volcano is present everywhere you go on the property. The breakfast buffet was incredible with so many options. I can't speak enough about the service of all the staff and how amazing they were. The spa was another treat that overlooks the river and is so peaceful. They surprised us with a wonderful treat for our honeymoon and for my birthday brought me balloons and dessert. It was such a special treat and this was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special.

The staff was amazing! They had a culture of service and exceeding expectations. When checking in, I wandered over to the concierge desk jokingly stating that “I wanted to see a sloth” The young lady suggested that they were most active in the morning by the main pool. Shortly after checking into our room I received a call from the same lady saying they know where there is one and offered to pick us up in the room and take us there. They did just that.
