Welcome to Finca "The North Paradise". This property is divided into two houses in a rustic style; that is "House "a" and house "b".
Your choice, <> is an apartment of approx. 70 square meters. It is distributed in 2 bedrooms, one of them a single-room and the other is double bedroom. It also has a sofa bed and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people.
The living room-dining room with a small kitchen is charming and has a unique style.

The living room-dining room with a small kitchen is charming and has a unique style. The space for the kitchen has all the necessary elements:
You can find not only dishes, glasses and the main silverware, but also a microwave, gas stove, orange juice squeezer, kettle and even a hand mixer.
On the outside of the house there is an idyllic covered terraced area with a built-in barbecue and a large table to enjoy your pleasing breakfast, lunch or dinner with family and friends. There are also several hammocks for sunbathing and relaxing. Of course, you can also find a nice pool with a shape of "ship silhouette" on the main terrace, which is shared with the users of "House A".
If you need even more space, there is an area with wooden benches where you can enjoy the fruit trees, the view of the banana trees on the horizont and of course you can get relax and delight yourself by the generous climate of the Canary Islands.
Santa Catalina - La Guancha:
Santa Catalina, the place where the accommodation is located, was the population nucleus where the municipality of La Guancha was born.
This quiet neighborhood has the necessary services such as food houses such as "Guachinche Casa Francis", "La Uvi", located in the Santa Catalina Recreational Park, at the foot of the Tf-5. There is also a small market nearby, such as Mario Abreu Ravelo (be careful, because being a small store, it closes at noon), pharmacy (s. Juan de la Rambla, 5 min. By car) etc.
In the seaside area, there is the beautiful Charco del Viento, which can be reached with a private vehicle, or on foot through a footpath called "El Teide at sea level", with a duration of approx. 1 hour and a half from the accommodation, and medium-low difficulty. Special precaution with the sea is recommended in any part of the island.
Nearby, there is also Charco de la Laja in the neighboring neighborhood of San Juan de la Rambla (5 min. By car), as well as other nearby beaches such as Socorro (l. Realejos), or Puerto de La Cruz (20 minutes by car), with the beaches of Punta Brava, Playa Jardín or Martiánez, as well as the famous Loro Parque.
If you want to rent the entire property together with House A (either to use both houses or to have more privacy and enjoy the entire stay, you can do so on request). Please, overcheck the availability of House "a" by searching in AirBnb<>.
Regarding the parking, please, bear in mind that the house does not provide parking spaces / garage / parking spaces. The best is to park on the street and then go on foot via Peatonal Los Granadillos.
