Property is going through renovations and has an older Hacienda vibe. Very nice hope they do more… the renovated rooms are clean and bathrooms as well.There is NO hot water so taking a relaxing shower was not happening and yes the shower and sink water is salty. With kids it was rough, my kids don’t shower in cold water especially not after the pool. AC works well, pools are nice but do need to be cleaned better especially those under the palm trees. Food is OK but not worth the price - but luckily there are good spots nearby and you can always bring your own snacks. I wouldn’t eat at the hotel. Breakfast was decent but venturing out to town is a good option. I would go here again to visit but only with a day pass - the hot water situation is a big issue especially with children. So I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are traveling with kids that need hot showers. Once the hot water/ salty water issue is fixed I would consider staying the night but otherwise no. Overall good stay despite some issues. The beach area is a 10/10 despite some broken chairs - sunsets and sunrises are great and I think this hotel has the best view after walking the coast. Hope to it in the future with more renovations it’s a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential.

This is a gorgeous place right on the beach. The food was really good at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, there was an event and part of the resort area leading to the beach was closed. Still gorgeous. Great A/C. Would come back.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! 🌟 Keep in mind that you’re in another country, so the showers may be lukewarm—but that’s a small adjustment for such an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the food was delicious, and the beach access was priceless, offering the most stunning sunsets. 🌅 If you’re looking for tours or boat rides, be sure to ask for Jose or Felipe—they’re fantastic! I felt completely safe during my stay, even traveling alone, and my room was cleaned daily, which was a lovely touch. This place felt like a second home to me, and I truly enjoyed every moment. Wherever you travel, always remember to be kind, respectful, and loving—it makes the experience even better. 💕 I can’t wait to return to this beautiful gem! 🏖️.

Una linda estadía con la familia, la playa es la mejor y el cuarto que nos asignaron se veia renovado. Lo recomendamos con los únicas siguientes puntos a tomar en cuenta: 1. En una zona de orilla de playa se mantienen abejas que puede hacerlo algo incomodo o peligroso en caso que existan cuadros de alergias. 2. El menú de restaurante pudiera ser mas variado con opciones típicas.

Beach area was ok; however no way we'll comeback to this hotel due to bad or limited room conditions, like salty water, not hot water in room, not TV cable, not phone in room to order food or anything that U may need. The food in restaurant was very expensive and not tasty or worth it; waiters / waitress with bad attitude and not helpfull, This hotel in the old days (early 80est) used to be one of best property in E.S. but now is one the worst hotel to stay! Appears to my, that owners and administrators DO NOT care !

Some of the workers are really rude, cleaning staff was super friendly and nice. Our favorite waiter was Roberto, he was super friendly, very attentive and nice. Be aware, there isn’t hot or warm water to shower. Overall, it was a decent experience.
