Holiday home on the outskirts of La Iruela, province of Jaen, Andalucia.

This rustic country house is ideal for two families, being provided with all the comforts and facilities to let you unwind and disconnect, surrounded by the fabulous nature of inland Andalucia. The two-storey house features rustic decoration that mingles with the modern-day comforts to ensure a pleasant stay to all the eight guests.

The ground floor is provided with a dining-living room with fireplace and two sofas, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Besides, on this floor, you will also find two out of the four bedrooms of the house. The other two are located on the sloping-ceiling first floor; the four bedrooms are all equipped with a double bed each.

The living room is provided with air-con, while radiators provide heating in all the rooms of the house.

The split-level outdoor area features several corners where you can relax in the shadow, sunbathe and make the most of the quietness that envelops this holiday rental. One pergola with an outdoor dining table is located on the upper level, while downstairs, you will find another pergola with an area for "al fresco" dining near the BBQ. The private pool is located on an even lower level. Here, you will have the swimming pool at your disposal, where you can refresh and genuinely enjoy the fabulous weather of inland Andalucia.

The access to the property is possible via a 1-km unpaved lane.
