Hotel is under construction. Drywall dust in hallways missing a lot of finishing touches. Would have definitely stay elsewhere if this was mentioned. Not thrilled with Holiday Inn!

Under construction, but not an issue
We were on the first level where renovations are occurring. It did not affect our stay, and our room appeared to be newly remodeled. Beds were very comfortable!

There was ample off-street parking available, which was great as I towed a trailer. Upside was a 2nd level room that was as expected; clean and all appliances functional. The biggest surprise was encountering a full-on lobby and first floor makeover. Draped plastic sheeting throughout hid most signage. Painters working, noisy, and smell of fresh paint there. Any counter staff were displaced; they had to notice customers to then uncover their stations and complete transactions, like checking in, to receive a door key card. I did not partake of breakfast offerings as a result of the work, wasn't conducive to a pleasant dining experience. Should be nicer for next year.

The hotel is currently going through some renovations, which I can deal with. But it was certainly dirty/dusty, however this is temporary. The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned. The sheets were dirty, the garbage can was full and there was a little stank to it. Went down to the front desk to request a new/clean room and she was very apologetic and quickly gave us a new cleaner room.

The property is undergoing renovations. It doesn’t look like they are anywhere close to being done. The price was way too high for the condition of the properly! It is a very noisy hotel. We could hear every sound in the hallway all night. The breakfast was ok for the makeshift area they were working with. All of the employees were very nice and polite!
