I have stay here twice. Last year and this year. Last year I was very happy with service that’s why I returned. This year was a little disappointed. The lady that check me in and the lady that ran restaurant was awesome. But problem was when I went to pickup my breakfast for the next morning which I had place an order in for that night. Communication was drop and I was the one that suffered. I was going to booked my entire stay with you guys but because of this I decided to go elsewhere. Thanks

Hotel room door had obviously been kicked in before, very hard to open and darn near impossible to close. Carpet turned my toddler's feet black within minutes of her being on the floor and the carpet had questionable stains. One of the double beds was jammed against the air conditioner, clearly having been a decision made in haste to 'renovate' what was clearly meant to be a single bed room into a double. The layout of the hotel was confusing, as the office to the place has a large sign advertizing the drinking lounge inside the office building, making it look like a restaurant instead of the actual hotel front office. Pool looks like it has been drained and out if service for sometime, complete with busted in doors around it. All in all, it was good enough to shelter us from a storm, but needs some serious renovations to save it from being rock bottom.

Definitely will not be staying here again. Had problems checking in. And when we finally were able to get into our room there was a group of men outside parting REALLY loud. They were even smashing glass beer bottles. There was glass everywhere. I called the front desk to notify them and was told they would handle it. It continued past 2 am. My family didn’t sleep at all.

When we booked room we were looking for a pool and continental breakfast. When we arrived we were informed the pool was broken. The clerk then ran my debit card several times and then put the money back causing my bank to lock my card. I was only able to pay for 1 night . The next mornimg we went down for breakfast and was told they didnt have any food at this time. Also there are not any plug ins near the bed and we had to charge our phones in the bathroom. The bedside lamps dont work and they rigged some bendable lamps to the broken lamps.

Nice remodel
The room was clean, comfortable and remodeled since our last stay here. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the bedding was great. The room also has a large refrigerator and a microwave; the price was reasonable and includes breakfast. We would definitely stay here again on our way to Taos.
