Halfway between Fontainebleau, Orléans and Chartres, an hour and a half from Paris or Versailles, renovated family home in the heart of the village, in the Essonne valley with its mills and hiking trails, between Beauce and Gâtinais. The house is in the village, with a pleasant, quiet enclosed courtyard at the back.

7 minutes from one of the most beautiful villages in France Yèvre Châtel, 10 minutes from the twisted bell tower of Puiseaux, 20 minutes from the Ile de Loisirs de Buthiers, 40 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau, 1 hour from the Château de Sully-sur-Loire. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: an entrance, a large living room with a fitted kitchen open to the dining room and the lounge (TV) overlooking the inner courtyard, a separate toilet, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, small fridge).

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed, another with a 140x200 bed and the last with 2 90x200 beds (can be pushed together on request to make a 180 bed), separate bathroom (bath, sink, bidet), separate toilet.

OUTSIDE: Courtyard closed by a gate at the back of the house with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue and electric plancha). Covered shelter with ping-pong table. Possible parking for 2 cars in the courtyard.

Deposit of €300 (or €400 if pet). Oil heating charged from October 1st to April 30th in addition (€10/day). End-of-stay cleaning option: €100 (mandatory for business stays).

For long stays or business stays, every two weeks, a cleaning fee of €100 will be charged in addition as well as the change of sheets in the occupied rooms.
