Ausstattung
Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des Objektes ist nicht gut. Die Terrassenmöbel sind alt und vergammelt und sehr unbequem. Die Wohnung und die Terrasse wurden nicht gut gereinigt. Teller und Töpfe waren nicht sauber. Die Lage ist dafür natürlich unschlagbar. Allerdings gibt es in dieser Anlage deutlich besser ausgestattete und gepflegte Objekte. Man muss halt schauen.
