VILLA WITH PRIVATE HEATED POOL

This is a modern style, detached villa with a large lounge/diner, 1 double,1 twin bedroom and 1 double sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests if needed. The lounge leads onto a large rear tiled terrace with a thermostat controlled electric heated pool. The terrace has a large solid roof pergola with comfortable seating that is perfect for those who like the shade but still wish to interact with the sun lovers. The pergola is equipped with rolldown canvas blinds on two sides that allowes you to close up in the evening to relax with food and drinks. Another outdoor sheltered area offers outdoor dinning for 6 people. The garden is surrounded by an 8 to 12 ft fence to all elevations. An open BBQ is available for your use on the terrace. The front of the villa has its own drive for parking. An outside utility area provides a washing machine. The bathroom includes a rain shower with rinse attachment, toilet, wash basin, bidet and antifog mirror. The villa is fully equipped with 65" flat screen. FREE WIFI is also provided. Thank you.

The Location,

The property is situated in a calm location, relaxing but only a few minutes drive or bus from from the centre of Corralejo town and beaches. The location offers good access to other parts of the north being only a ten min drive from the white sand lagoons of El Cotilo, 5 mins from Corralejo town and 5 mins from Corralejo main beaches of which are outside of thr town area. The property offers home from home style comfort with full cooking and coffee machine. The airport in Fuerteventura is situated in the middle of the island and is around 35K from Corralejo. We have many clients that do not wirsh to drive so we can arrange private transfers from and to the Airport if required at a charge of approximatley 45euro each way. Beach towls can be arranged at 10Euro Per person per stay.

We do recommend that you hire a car when on a villa holiday. You can hire a small car for around 140 Euro for 1 week, slightly less for two weeks. A Taxi from the Airport to Corralejo would be around 100 to 120 return for upto 4 people, the car would offer you good access to lots of beaches, towns and villages, the island is very big and has allot to offer.

Once at the villa, if you want to head to town but don't want to take the car, get the bus, just opposite the property next to the well equiped supermarket is a bus stop, the bus comes every 20 to the hour and travels into town for 1:40 euro. For a taxi, down laod the app Taxiclick, it works like uber. The journey to town is just 6 mins on one straight road, the last bus in 11.30pm at night. If you drive in, PARKING IS FREE, so if you have a drink, leave the car and jump on the bus in the morning to collect. Would i walk, many clients have walked to town, the problem is the lack of footpaths from the development along the main road into town, also at night, once away from the development you do not have street lights.

Check-in

Check-in is provided by a simple self check-in process using a link sent to you by email. In addtion to this passport photos for each person staying will be collected by the owner via email, this process will take place approximatley 2 weeks prior to your stay and before key details are released.
