The Space:
This 3BA/3.5BA condo situated on the 3rd-floor provides amazing bay and Sea of Cortez views. The condo complex is located inside a tranquil gated residential area just a short drive from the sights and attractions in La Paz. There are nearby restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, shopping and more! Look no further, this will be the perfect place to stay and to make great new memories in La Paz!

- Comfortable living space with cozy sofas, a SmartTV and direct access to the ocean view balcony – perfect for downtime moments between sightseeing and the beach! Leave the curtains open to welcome lots of natural light into the space. Open the doors to get a nice indoor/outdoor flow of air. The sunset will be breathtaking from there. A great pre-dinner activity.
- The kitchen is well-equipped with a nice full refrigerator/freezer, an electric counter-built-in stove, toaster oven, microwave and all you’d need to whip a basic meal at home. Great too, if on a budget. Plus, the view is unbeatable, so why not eat at home in peace.
- The dining area has a nice comfortable table to seat 6 for a relaxing meal at home. Perfect for enjoying some laughter and chit-chat or to plan your activities for the next day.

The condo is about 4.1 miles | 6.5 km or about a 15-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2.5 hour drive or 122 miles | 196 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note:
**Please note that there is a development right next to the property which means there will be noise from 7 AM to 4 PM.**
While the internet speed at the property may not be optimal for remote work, we hope you'll take the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and all the area has to offer.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
Please note that there is no covered parking during the storm season between June and November.
Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons, to ensure guests' safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.
There is a penalty of $20.00 USD for late check-outs.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging any towels, bathing suits or clothing on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
To ensure full transparency, we want to let you know that the upkeep of common areas is managed by the complex administration. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, the condition of these areas is beyond our control. By sharing this in advance, we aim to keep your expectations aligned and maintain the high standards we are committed to.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property located inside a gated residential area. Sunset Condominiums by Alttus Residential Communities has controlled access entry with a remote control gate for owners and visitors only.
All access and check-in information will be provided to you within 24 hours of your arrival.
