The house is as pictured generally and located in a residential neighborhood with large yards: You are definitely further from your neighbors than Sunriver. It is generally clean and I felt priced competetively. While all the furnishings are not the newest trend, it is a cozy and well kept log cabin interior with access to LaPine State Park and other amenities not far in Bend. The only thing I think they need to upgrade is their old shower doors, the shower pan in upstairs bathroom and have move in more comfortable seating in the TV area. We enjoyed our stay and could reccomend it to others.
