Beautiful chalet suitable for 10 people, complete with its own outdoor sauna in a beautiful ski area and very beautiful nature.

The chalet is tastefully decorated with lots of wood and has a warm atmosphere.
In the entrance there is a heated cupboard for storing / drying the ski boots, as well as a storage cupboard. Then you enter the living area with sitting area, robust dining table and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge / freezer, oven, induction hob,
dishwasher and microwave. The living room is heated by underfloor heating and for the atmosphere there is also a wood stove near the seating area.
The Flat screen TV has a scart connection and is equipped with 26 French channels. There is a stereo set to which Ipod or telephone can be connected.
WIFI is free and unlimited.

Ground floor

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor.
Room no 1 has 2 beds. Room 2 has 2 bunk beds.
This is a room where 4 people can sleep.
There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with shower and sink. There are also cupboards for storing clothes.

Upper floor.

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with beautiful views, both suitable for 2 people. When one wakes up in the morning, one sees the sun rise from the bed on Mont Blanc. In the bedrooms there is storage space for clothes. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet on the upper floor.

The terrace has a view of the slopes and wooded area and is equipped with a picnic table. There is also a lockable ski locker with code lock next to the house.
The chalet can be easily reached by car up to a distance of approximately 20 meters.

Fantastic chalet and stay
We stayed over New year and had a really great time. Marcel was able to assist when required and clear with communication. We stayed as 10 adults which was fine and suited us. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with twin beds and one room with 2 bunk bed (4 beds). The group really enjoyed the sauna on the property. Overall a great stay. Thanks.

Great stay in Les Coches
We had a great week and very much enjoyed the chalet and the view in particular. This late in the season it wasn't quite ski-in but we managed a solution. We'd come back.

Sehr schönes Chalet in einem super Ski-Gebiet
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem gemütlichen und sehr schön eingerichtetem Chalet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Ansprechperson war unkompliziert und immer sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren!

Une semaine aux Coches
Un chalet sur les pistes à 5-10 min à pied du village ! Situation géo idéale ! Cette semaine s'est très bien passée. Le chalet est parfait pour 8 adultes max. Le petit moins serait qu'il n'y a pas de lave linge mais à part cela le chalet est vraiment super !

Schönes kleines Häuschen
Die Hütte direkt am Skihang war sehr schön - gemütliche Einrichtung mit kleinen liebevollen Details. Zum Brötchen/ Baguette holen, muss man etwas weiter laufen, aber die Hütte ist wirklich direkt am Skihang. Schade das wir nicht genügend Schnee hatten um das auszunutzen. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, nur wenn tatsächlich 6-8 Personen im Haus sind, sind die Pfannen nicht groß genug. Außerdem erscheinen die Räume auf den Bildern viel größer als sie in Echt sind. Skiraum und Sauna waren i.O. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, mit der Reinigungsfirma die sich vor Ort kümmern war tadellos. In Summe ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Very nice location
We had a very nice time in Les Coche. Communication before and during our stay was great and the house had most things we needed. Within a 10 minute walk (although steep) you get to Les Coche village, which has a bakery and a small market where you can get essentials. For big shopping you need to drive to Bourg Saint Maurice. Access to the slopes was very close to the. house and then a short ride down to the lift and ticket office. A couple nice additions would have been a raclette maker, fondue set and fire wood included. All in all we had a great stay and we would rent again next time

Un séjour enchanteur
Un chalet bien situé, qualitatif et très bien équipé. Sur 3 niveaux, logement vraiment agréable avec des 4 chambres dont une avec 2 lits superposés (4 couchages donc 10 couchages en tout sans utiliser le salon). 10 mn à pied de tous les commerces. Très agréable poêle et chouette sauna accessible par l’extérieur. Une vue magnifique dans un quartier de chalets. Organisation arrivée et départ extrêmement simples grâce à Audrey, qui gère le bien. On recommande sans hésiter !

Grand chalet aux pieds des pistes
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet. Chalet situé aux Coches, accessible par la route et par les pistes (départ et arrivée skis aux pieds !), à 10 minutes à pied des commerces et des magasins de location de ski (mais ça grimpe !). Grand chalet avec un salon confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, 1 grande table pour les repas, cuisine américaine très bien équipée. 3 chambres avec 2 lits simples et 1 chambre avec 2 lits superposés. Casier à ski à l'extérieur avec digicode et entrée bien agencée avec placard chauffé permettant de stocker les chaussures de ski. Et le grand plus : un sauna privatif !!! Nous avons vraiment pu apprécié de se délasser dans le sauna après les journées de ski. Mr Bruin était disponible pour nous aider à préparer notre arrivée et joignable sur place. Nous avons fait le check in et le check out avec la femme de ménage, très disponible également. A noter : prévoir d'amener ses propres draps, serviettes de bain et torchons, sinon possibilité de les louer sur place. Bref, nous recommandons vivement ce chalet pour un séjour avec une grande famille ou des amis.

Tolles Chalet direkt an der Piste
Wir waren mit 8 Personen im Chalet. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist optimal. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch bei dieser Personenzahl sehr gut. Allerdings ist der Esstisch mit 8 Erwachsenen voll besetzt. Auch der Couchbereich ist für so viele Leute etwas beengt. Das Fernsehen läuft leider nur mit französischen Programmen. Die Sauna und die Lage(Pisten-und Liftnähe) sind ein dicker Pluspunkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort unsere Ferien verbringen.

Très bon séjour aux Coches dans le chalet Off piste.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la station des Coches dans la location du chalet Off piste. Cécile se rend disponible pour la moindre demande. Le chalet est conforme à la description et au pied des pistes, par contre la piste accessible est une piste rouge donc difficile pour les enfants en bas âge. Le sauna était agréable après la journée de ski. Le chalet est un peu excentré du village ce qui n'est pas forcément pratique pour enmener des enfants à la garderie ou pour les personnes se mobilisant difficilement car il y a très peu de navettes et à des horaires pas toujours pratique. Globalement très très bon séjour et très bonne location pour des vacances en famille.

Chalet fantastique dans une station fantastique !
Très bon séjour dans un chalet bien pensé, bien équipé, bien tenu, bien situé et bien chauffé ce qui est important quand les températures sont rigoureuses. Tout y est pratique et la décoration est simple mais jolie. Le seul petit bémol est le manque de lave/sèche linge mais sur un court séjour c'est tout à fait acceptable. L'accueil par Cécile et Didier est professionnel et ils sont d'une grande aide quand il s'agit de répondre à des questions, réserver un taxi etc... Le quartier est calme et il est possible de se garer à proximité (même si ce n'est pas devant le chalet). Les commerçants des Coches sont sympas et je recommande tout particulièrement Saveurs d'alpage qui prépare fondues, raclette et charcuterie de qualité et prête l'appareil pour des tarifs bien raisonnables.
