Completely Renovated PGA West (Stadium Course) - Lic #259026

Our 2 bed 2 bath vacation home is situated within a gated community on the 12th hole of the famous PGA West Stadium Course; one of the top 100 golf courses in the world (Golf Magazine) and the 4th toughest course in America (Golf's Digest).

The condo is a single level 1350 sq. ft. unit with an open floor plan fully updated with brand new furniture and appliances. Additional renovations include new 12x24 tile, recessed lighting, quartz counter tops, maple cabinets, new bathroom vanities, shower tile. Everything is new!

Our vacation home is also unique in that we provide Cal King beds in each bedroom as well as an upgraded sports cable package.

The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a 50” HD flat screen TV and high speed Wi-Fi. Everything you will need to sit back and relax. The newly remodeled kitchen has plenty of prep space and is fully equipped for any cook, including a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher and coffee maker.

There is a patio located off the living room with a table and 4 chairs for your morning coffee as well as two large lounge chairs to relax and watch some golf.

The Master suite has a King Bed, spacious bathroom with a soaker tub, additional closet for extra storage and new dual sink vanity. The master bedroom has its own patio, which is nicely located on the back side of the home overlooking the 12th fairway of the TPC stadium course.

The 2nd bedroom also includes a King bed with a view of the courtyard. The 2nd full bathroom is connected to the guest room but also accessible via the hallway. There is a large closet and a brand new dresser providing plenty of space for an extended stay.

A golfer's paradise! TPC Stadium course is one of the three public courses within PGA West. You can check out my other completely renovated properties #4055434 & #4015492 also within the Stadium community of PGA West.

La Quinta has many Zagat Rated restaurants and bars, with live music. And you are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo, (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), for both shopping, restaurants and works of art.

Amazing Stay in the Desert!

I stayed here with a few friends for a long weekend during Coachella. Not only was it very close to the festival grounds, it was a great property with comfortable beds, access to a community pool just a few houses down, and a beautiful view of a PGA West golf course. The hosts are very dedicated to making your stay as seamless as possible, responsive, and happy to help. Will definitely be booking with them again!

Perfect place for a golf get-away in lovely La Quinta. We fell in love with the area last year and this unit was perfect for a week of golf and sun. Very clean and airy with fantastic view of the action on the Stadium Course. Will book again for sure!

Tennis tourney get away

Ken and Meredeth's condo was the perfect option for an extended stay during the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. The unit was clean with all of the essentials. Everything was as described. Great stay in PGA West!

Family of four had a great day at this property. Communication with the host was excellent. Our family was very comfortable with two bedrooms and two king beds. The community is beautiful with several heated pools with hot tubs that we enjoyed daily. Fantastic patio with beautiful views of the golf course. Frequent hummingbird visitors! The place was well stocked and very clean. The only small hiccup was no smart TV for viewing our streaming services, but cable was available.

Simply the Best

Me and my husband, along with my elderly mother rented the condo over Thanksgiving week. What a pleasure it was to stay in a beautiful, well stocked, spotless condo, surrounded by the 13th hole on the patio side of the property. The complex is quiet and very well maintained, with flower beds full off blooming petunias and snap-dragons. Ken responded immediately to my questions, none having to do with the condo, since everything was perfect: soft sheets, comfortable beds, roomy showers, gorgeous, up-to-date kitchen with new appliances. They took the time to put together a reference book featuring local interests and eateries. We will definitely be staying there next time! Thank you Ken and Meredith.

Stadium course with a view

Our family had a great stay. The unit was very clean, the owner was very informative, check in was a breeze, the kitchen was well outfitted, the view from the patio was spectaculars, the pool was very close and an added plus was a lemon tree just off the patio.

Clean & Comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ken’s home on the Stadium Course. The unit was extremely clean, updated and very comfortable. It has all the essentials you need for either a short or extended stay. The patio gets warm sun most of the day and it’s just a few steps to the community pool. We hope to be back again.

Lovely Golf Getaway

The condo was perfect for me and my husband, for a 6 day golf trip. Exactly as advertised. The sunrise view is amazing. We enjoyed the pool as well. Felt secure in the Stadium gated community. Ken was very responsive. Bed was comfortable, as were the couches. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent place, incredible host

I initially booked a place with Ken but unfortunately he had to canceled it however Ken was so helpful that he kept in touch with me and send me other options until this place that we absolutely love it.
