Outdoor:
The swimming pool and spa hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and are heated between November to May.

Indoor:
This vacation condo opens up to a living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 55-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas Fireplace in comfort remote-controlled ceiling fan, which features a Queen-sofa sleeper. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning appliances such as a Maytag top freezer refrigerator and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for three. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

We had an excellent experience with this place. It's just the right size for 2 of us; well appointed; and a great location. There was a wind storm during our stay. Management had the pool cleaned out immediately. They were also attentive to a couple of small things that we needed while there. It is "next door" to Old Town LaQuinta which has many great restaurants, etc. It was easy to get to and from during our local travels. We would definitely stay at this place again.

One month stay in Old Town La Quinta
The property was well located close to the Old Town La Quinta but was not well equipped or particularly clean. However, the property manager, after a list of items needed was presented to them, were able to provide a lot of the missing items requested, which was very impressive. The lack of a barbeque grill was another negative feature for a longer term stay.

This was our first time to the "desert" and we got lucky. The condo was clean, met our needs and is in a great location. We enjoyed walking to the "grove," eating at restaurants in Old Town and golfing at SilverRock. We will be back!

Very convenient location ! Pool and spa were cleaned daily and we left our clubs in the suv and never had a issue ! Large walk in closet and great fireplace ( yes weather was cooler than usual)! We walked over to Old La Quinta several times for dinner /drinks . Highly recommend! We would definitely stay there again !

Well appointed 1 bedroom condo set up, management has a lot of emails and information! Walking distance to old town La Quinta, coffee shops and restaurants. Convenient to Hwy 111. Nice walking path up 'bear cove trail' next to the arroyo. Pool and hot tub worked fine. Parking free and convenient. 10 min drive to Vons. We stayed two weeks in October and found it easy to cook and live in.

It was overall a lovely stay! The pull out bed was a bit underwhelming and it was a little bit of a hunt to find the property, but other than that it was exactly how it was pictured and we felt comfortable and safe during our stay.

to book this place was a headache as they had so many stupid requirements, they did not send us check in instruction till we text them and we couldn't check in till 3:20. the unit is above the pool generator and very loud, they did not mention that. too many rules and very stressful.
