Perfect location
This flat has all you need. Situated in the very center of the town. Its quiet but yet sentral. The outside area is nice and mostly kept in the shadow, wich offer us a time out from the sun.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Très bon emplacement. Logement un peu sombre malgré tout et il serait judicieux d'installer une table et des chaises de jardin sur la terrasse comme présenté dans votre annonce !

Joli appartement très bien situé sur le port plages commerces resto à proximité et au calme. Parfait pour un couple mais pour 4 très peu de place pour vêtements et nourriture. Très propre on apprécie la petite terrasse pour manger dehors et très bon accueil

Parenthèse agréable à la Rochelle (4jours et demi)
Accueil très chaleureux de Fadia, de la conciergerie Soludom ! Appartement fonctionnel, trés bien pour 2 personnes. A 4 je pense que ce doit être plus difficile ; Situé en plein coeur du quartier du vieux port et à 5 ' de la gare ( Nous sommes venus en train), c'est assez génial ! Nous avons beaucoup marché avec un plaisir immense tellement nombreuses sont les découvertes à faire. Malgré cette situation exceptionnelle Quai Valin, l'appartement, une fois la porte fermée, est d'un calme absolu .Organisation très simple et peu coûteuse pour nous rendre à l'île de Ré en bus. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour , dans une atmosphère- qui plus est -printanière, une ville très vivante , dans un appartement très fonctionnel .( Seul bémol : manque d'ensoleillement )

Logement a répondu a nos attentes très confortable en plein coeur de la ville et un grand couloir qui sépare le logement du quai Valin nous.permet d être.dans un endroit très calme. Bien reçu par la gérante du bien et très sympathique Le.seul bemol qu on a trouvé c est le.manque de descriptif du bien sur l annonce ( ex cafetiere ,four, couverture) qu on a amené alors qu il y avait tout a l interieur) A recommandé sans problemes

Havre de paix sur le vieux port.
Nous avons passé deux jours très agréables à La Rochelle, dans un appartement conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir prendre, au calme ,un apéritif sur la terrasse et dès la porte cochère passée en prendre plein la vue avec le vieux port et son animation. Nous reviendrons.

Appartement tout confort, fonctionnel, literies de qualité, il ne manquait rien, vraiment conforme à l'annonce. Les points positifs: très bon rapport qualité-prix, accès direct sur le vieux port et centre ville, pas de temps à perdre pour la visite de cette très belle ville la Rochelle surtout le temps d'un week-end.

Très bien situé, mais...
L’appartement est idéalement situé pour profiter des attraits de la merveilleuse ville de La Rochelle. Toutefois, vous devrez gérer et payer (en surplus) la location de vos draps et serviettes de bain auprès d’un fournisseur. Le seul avantage est qu’au moins, vous savez que vous dormez dans des draps d’une propreté impeccable. Parlant propreté, pour le reste de l’appartement, c’est vraiment très discutable. Par contre, on n’hésite pas à vous présenter une liste écrite des tâches ménagères à effectuer avant de quitter. Je pense donc que ceux qui sont passés avant nous n’ont pas respecté cette consigne... Finalement, il y a bien une terrasse, mais dans une cour fermée et n’ayant aucun mobilier pour en profiter. C’est malheureux, car c’est à peu près le seul endroit où on pouvait capter un léger signal cellulaire (pas de wifi). Les deux étoiles sont pour la situation, car pour le reste, on n’a pas apprécié.
