Nestled in the heart of the city of La Rochelle, a stone's throw from the city center and the two towers of the old port. Ideally located and renovated in 2021 by an architect, this apartment will make your vacation more enjoyable thanks to its modernization and location.
It is on the second floor and consists of a pretty fully equipped marble kitchen, a living room with a sophisticated sofa bed for 1 person (120x182x27cm), a 140cm double pull-out bed to optimize space, a bathroom equipped with a walk-in marble shower and a separate toilet.
The advantages of this rental by the sea: Near the old port, in the heart of the city center, renovated in a modern way, close to shops and easy access to public transport, breathtaking view of the port and the Place de la Motte Rouge. Cleaning included. Key collection and return exclusively in La Rochelle (Minimes district).

Great location but noisy
The location of the property was wonderful! However, the noise levels do not allow for the windows to be open at night. Wi-Fi would have also been a nice addition.

très bonne localisation, beau logement
Logement neuf, bien équipé et très bien situé. En dehors de quelques petits manques faciles à corriger (couverts insuffisants, chaises de bar trop hautes...), les principaux griefs sont la complexité pour récupérer/déposer les clés (45 minutes en bus aller/retour), et le bruit fenêtres ouvertes la nuit pour rafraichir
