Très bien mais....
Très bien mais vraiment dommage que le lit soit une catastrophe et d'un autre temps.... surtout quand on y dort à deux. Certains propriétaires ont encore du mal à comprendre qu'un bon lit est un critère primordial lorsqu'on propose une location. Sinon, avec 1 ou 2 verres de plus, cela aurait mérité 5*

Grande Déception
sanitaire pas propre (photo si besoin), carrelage au sol de la cuisine séjour noir de crasse, plaque de cuisson de 1990, au niveau vaisselle pas de casserole mise à dispo même après réclamation (SMS si besoin), l'annonce mentionne que le jardin était partagé j'ai téléphoné pour savoir avec qui, il m'a été répondu avec le propriétaire! Ce n'était pas vrai il y avait en plus une location de 4 personnes alors que de mon côté j'avais précisé que j'avais un chien de grande taille jeune avec moi! au final j'ai du écourté ma semaine.... lamentable! je ne recommande pas du tout.

Un jardin plein de charme !
Tres agréable séjour dans une maisonnette de 30 m2 (Une cuisine et une grande chambre). Mais le jardin nous a permis de retrouver de l espace. Ideal pour les enfants et des repas en famille les jours ensoleillés. Petit bémol : le lit... on a plus 20 ans...

Location à proximité du centre ville (15/20 mn) et dans une rue au calme avec un jardin arborant des arbres fruitiés (pomme, poire, figue). Bien proposant le matériel adéquate (machine à laver, four, télévision, internet...) et fonctionnel. Très bon séjour, propriétaire sympathique et service conciergerie à l'écoute et gentil.

Location au calme et bien situé pour visiter la régions. Il est très agréable de profiter du jardin! Coté logement, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonne vacances! La propreté est irréprochable et l'équipement/ameublement est entretenus. L'agence de location qui fait entrer dans les lieux est très agréable et ponctuelle ! Quant aux propriétaires qui habite à coté, il son vraiment aux petits soins!

C'est avec plaisir que nous avons séjourné dans cette maisonnette. La description correspond tout à fait à la réalité. La chambre est vraiment très grande (nous étions un couple avec un bébé et nous avions encore largement assez de place). Le jardin est très agréable. Nous avons été accueilli avec attention et discrétion :-) La région est très agréable et le centre est à 20 minutes à pied. Il manque d'un petit fauteuil/coin salon pour que ce soit parfait. Attention aux oreilles sensibles, il y a un hôpital tout près (bruit d'ambulance). Merci pour cette quinzaine magnifique :-)

TRES BIEN
l'accueil est chaleureux et les propriétaires sont charmants et très attentionnés avec leur locataires, maison partagée en deux logements les espaces sont bien définit et on ne se gène pas entre voisins (nous sommes restés 2 semaines avec notre chien sans avoir aucun soucis)., le jardin commun est très agréable et bien agencé. la proximité du centre ville (10mn à pied) permet de nombreuses excursions dans la Rochelle ce qui est assez agréable. petit bémol, les plages sont assez éloignées mais cela n'est qu'un point de détail... nous recommandons fortement cette location aux personnes qui ne recherche pas le luxe mais la simplicité agréable du lieu idéale pour se reposer et profiter de la douceur de vivre de l'endroit.

Parfait !
Notre meilleure location de vacances : des propriétaires accueillants et chaleureux, un appartement très propre et bien équipé dans une rue très calme, et néanmoins à 10 mn à pied du centre de La Rochelle, un merveilleux jardin rempli d'arbres fruitiers, bref, à refaire sans hésiter.
