Convenient!
We stayed here for one night while we visited Cinque Terre. So convenient, less than a 2 minute walk to the train station. The small breakfast we got was very tasty and the service at checkin/checkout and breakfast was great. There are only two parking stalls at the hotel so arrive early if you have a car, otherwise you have to find a spot on the street. The only “negative” thing we experience was the bed was very very uncomfortable.

I liked the hotel. Great location- so close to train station. However, the wifi was horrible! The bed was uncomfortable as you could feel all the metal springs. Housekeeping emptied our garbage, gave new towels, but didn't make the bed, or give clean coffee cups. I would stay again. Very nice helpful front desk staff.

Small hotel which was very close to everything including restaurants and shopping. Great location about 2 minutes from train station. Staff was lovely. Hotel provided a nice breakfast which was a great perk to start the day. Rooms are clean and functional but a bit dated and tiny. Hotel is an excellent deal and in a perfect location for a Cinque Terre visit.

Very convenient location. 2 mins from the train station. I didn't hear any train activity. 2 mins walk and we were immediately immersed into the Italian experience. Hard to find better deals.

Spent 3 nights as base for visiting Cinque Terre and surrounding portvenere and Leceri. Fairly clean and well managed b&b hotel. Close to everything, welcoming staff, breakfast was plentiful.

Location location location
Great hotel within literal steps from the train station so you can get to and from cinque terre with ease! Also with it being steps away from the very walkable downtown, it was great. The only negative thing was trying to find parking. Overall a 10/10 experience

Main thing I booked this hotel is its close proximity to La Spezia Centrali which made it easier for us to navigate our trip from Napoli to La Spezia and as a base for our Cinque Terre tour. Our room was very clean but tiny. It had a window and overlooking the street. This was a plus. Breakfast could be better. Receptionist was on point with food recommendations on where to eat. Overall good experience and would recommend this place.

Other guests showed no consideration for people trying to sleep and were very noisy when returning to their rooms. It would help if there was a notice, in English for the Americans, asking for guests to respect the peace of fellow visitors.
