The place is located at the end of the street, a bit hard to find and sketchy entrance but once inside the building and the first floor the door opens to a set of rooms. I would advice to communicate in advance with Marco. He is wonderful and will answer all your questions in advance including you advance check-in, who can facilitate a lot. The cleaning lady is very pleasant. They cleaned our room even it late on Sunday. This place is right in the middle and central located to main commercial streets, restaurants, shopping, boat terminals, train station, etc. We loved it. Grazie Marco!!

Great place! Looks like it’s not a great place but when you get inside, it’s modern, comfortable and very nice. Owner (I assume she is) is very pleasant and accommodating and explained everything we need.

Very clean and looks newly remodeled, comfortable and nice place to stay. The staff is very helpful in every way, we were very late, the staff set up everything in advance for us and the checking in is very smooth.

Great location. Staff provided suggestions for parking and we were able to actually park fir free in an indicated area. Breakfast is in a different location but is not far and offered vegan option.

Excellent for what I needed! Would stay here again. Good location, very clean place, comfortable beds, spacious room. Centrally located, easy to talk to hosts. Italian breakfast included! Tea/coffee and toiletries provided. 10-15 minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale. Good stay for who is visiting Cinque Terre. Definitely recommend this place.

You get what you pay for - we learned that lesson!
Pros - Excellent location, walk e erywhere to shops and eateries - Excellent Bar next door, really nice peoples d good food! Cons - No one there to greet us although we returned their email stating when we would arrive, - Sloppy housekeeping, Day 1 she forgot all of our towels, Day 2 she forgot our shampoo, Day 3 she completely forgot to clean our room although we had THEIR sign up requesting it be cleaned, this was annoying since we spent hours and hours walking around Cinque Terre! - bring your own toiletries as they only give (when she remembers) this tiny pouch of a COMBO shampoo/shower gel. - The shower is ridiculously small - a 2 foot square with no place to put toiletries- you have to put them on a ledge outside the shower, above the toilet and flood the floor trying to grab them! - don’t open the window unless you want to get eaten alive by mosquitoes! - Lovely view of the filthy patio covered with cigarette butts, clothes pins and garbage...
