It was a short 10 minute walk up a hill to get to the guesthouse. We never actually saw Laura, but she had great communication via WhatsApp. Clear directions were given for how to get into the building and apartment. The apartment was 3 individual guest rooms connected by a small room. We weren’t able to check in early, however she did say we could leave our luggage in the main room before we checked in, which we didn’t end up doing as we got into La Spezia later than anticipated due to our trains. There are a lot of stairs up, there is a tiny lift, however we didn’t have the key when we arrived so we didn’t use it to get our luggage up. The key was on the main entrance key in the lock box, so maybe send one person up to the the apartment and see if the key is there and then send your luggage up.
Comfortable king sized bed, the smaller bed was less comfortable but still ok. Shower had great pressure. The towels are awful, super scratchy and rough. Absolutely everything else was great. 10/10 would recommend you stay here!!
