Staff was fantastic. I forgot a razor so they gave me a razor kit. At the end of the day we able to purchase a bottle of wine and they gave us wine glasses for the room. Staff gave good recommendations for restaurants in the area. Room and bathroom were very clean. Gtreat place to stay.

I initially enjoyed the scent diffuser in the hotel, but after a while I found it too strong.

Average hotel, no kettle/coffee in the room. The toilet flush button did not work properly. Every time we had to move it to the right position in order for it to work. We did let the staff know, they said there was no room avalable for us to move to. The hotel has a strong smell, not stinky but unpleasant. We kept sneezing the whole night and could not sleep.

Older building restored in a modern style. Spectacular art work in the foyer and breakfast area. Staff extremely helpful. Everyone speaks some English. Rooms modern and clean with great rain head shower. Highly recommended.

Interesting old building, redone in an artistic and very tasteful way. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast and breakfast area are great. The desk staff are friendly and can be very, very helpful in assisting navigation of city and local sights.

Very close to the train to travel to cinque terre as well as other major Roman cities. Also a couple minute walking distance from many restaurants. Hotel staff was very accommodating and breakfast had a large variety of food options

Average hotel in an average area. Not far from the train station or the pedestrian streets, but nothing immediately adjacent either. The key card didnt work when i arrived so i was eventually given a proper key but still needed card to turn on the electricity. I came back one day and housekeeping had left their key in my door. Anyone could have gotten access to my room. Three smoke detectors in the room flashed every 30 seconds or so all the time. I slept with my head under the covers. The staff was pleasant but mostly disinterested. It is the only hotel I've stayed at in La Spezia, but my guess is that their are worse at this price point. And probably better too.

Hotel was clean, bed comfy and centrally located. The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch and the front desk was very helpful. Rooms on the small size bit quiet. AC worked well and appreciated. Didn’t try the breakfast, found a couple of nice coffee shops close by. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine and tea kettle in the room. Close to a grocery store for supplies.
