Excellent séjour
La maison est parfaite avec beaucoup d’espace extérieur (piscine, terrain de pétanque) et très fonctionnelle à l’intérieur. Très bien située près du port de la Teste, piste cyclable et station de train pour aller à Arcachon. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région! Un grand merci pour tous les conseils reçus ainsi que d’avoir renvoyé la peluche!

Perfect villa!
We loved everything about this villa! It’s very spacious both inside and out, our 3 kids loved the pool and all the outdoor space to play in. Check in was easy. Area is lovely, great oyster restaurants at the port. Car makes it easier as arcachon and nearest supermarket are few mins drive away, but not essential as the train line is only few min walk from the house. Would definitely recommend, we will be going back!

A beautiful house very well equipped for families. Very peaceful area however in walking distance to restaurants and bakeries etc. Great communication with the owners, they made us feel very welcome. Loved our stay!

Wundervolle Unterkunft für einen wundervollen Urlaub!
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat hervorragend funktioniert. Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Alles rund um gelungen.

Maison au top!
Maison très fonctionnelle entre famille et amies avec des enfants, les propriétaires sont de bonne ecoute et très sympathique, ils sont très disponible et saurons repondre à toutes vos questions. Il y à plein d'activités a faire au alentours ( accrobranche, parc pour enfants, plage a proximité avec des pistes cyclables pour accéder a tout) location de vélos a 10 min a pied Nous etions ravis de notre sejours.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours. La maison impeccable, très propre, bien aménagée avec une terrasse protégée grâce à sa pergola bio climatique ce qui nous a permis de passer d'agréables moments. Sa situation géographique est proche de tous commerces et pistes cyclables et bénéficie d' un environnement très calme. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Belle propriété
Belle villa dans un endroit très calme mais néanmoins proche de tout. Excellent accueil lors de notre arrivée le 03 septembre. Avant tout nous tenons à remercier le propriétaire qui nous a fait confiance ainsi que pour notre départ un peu précipité suite à un problème familial. C’est quelqu’un de très conciliant. Concernant sa villa il n’y a rien à redire très bien équipé à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Une piscine chauffée ce qui permet vraiment de l’apprécier. Un extérieur vraiment très agréable ou l’on peut vraiment en profiter avec tout le confort. A recommander vraiment.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette villa. La maison est parfaitement équipée : cuisine, très bonne literie, électroménager, etc… Nous avons également apprécié l’extérieur avec la piscine, le superbe terrain de pétanque, et la terrasse bioclimatique. Pour finir, l’accueil a été amical et chaleureux. Un grand merci a Jack et sa femme. Nous reviendrons!

TRES BIEN
Séjour en famille mi avril de 4 jours, la villa était parfaite pour nous 6 adultes et 3 enfants , tout le confort nécessaire, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine lors d'une journée ensoleillée, balade en vélo grâce aux piste cyclables, petit port ostréicole et gare à proximité, et merci à Vincent pour sa gentillesse.

Magnifique villa pour les fêtes
Décorée et agencée avec goût, la villa est aussi très fonctionnelle pour accueillir toute la famille en gardant à chacun sa bulle d’intimité. La cuisine est bien équipée et dispose d’une jolie vaisselle pour dresser une belle table de fête. A notre arrivée le sapin et la table décorés ont été une bien belle surprise Nous avons pu également apprécier le jardin paysagé avec son terrain de pétanque. Il a fait beau mais la piscine en cette saison personne n’a cédé à la tentation ! La véranda nous a souvent accueilli pour profiter des derniers rayons de soleil sans avoir trop froid très pratique. La villa a été adoptée par tous nous nous y sommes d’emblée sentis comme à la maison Idéalement situé nous avons troqué la voiture pour les vélos et sillonné la région par les pistes cyclables accessibles au bout de la rue. Un sans faute pour des vacances réussies Merci à notre hôte et à Vincent pour leur accueil

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans votre villa. Accueillante, confortable, adaptée à nos vacances familiales. Séjour dans une villa très agréable
Villa au calme très bien placée, permettant de découvrir facilement les environs. Les plus : les extérieurs avec la piscine chauffée, d’un côté la pergola avec les stores pour le soir, de l’autre côté la terrasse pour prendre les petits déjeuners le matin. A l’intérieur : un local pour vélo, une cuisine refaite à neuf. Bref, tout est très bien pensé. Très bon accueil de la part du gérant.
