We'll positioned, well kitted out, little gem of a house. Sylvie was welcoming, helpful and available if needed. We'd definitely use again. Even though on quite a busy road ( at certain times) this is far outweighed by its locality and facilities

Exceptional home with all modern conveniences. Town centre location. owner was very friendly and clean bedding and towels provided . lots of info on area . television, dishwasher, washing machine et. . we had a fabulous stay and will return . Silvie was so helpful

Wonderful house!
Sylvies House has everything you need. It is very clean and well furnished. Sylvie is very friendly, thank you so much for your hospitality! You walk about 15 minutes to the harbor. La Teste is quieter than Arcachon, a very pleasant city. That were beautiful holidays!

Rundum - Wohlfühlpaket
Super schöner, perfekt ausgestatteter Start- und Wohlfühlpunkt zu allen Zielen der Region rund um das Bassin d'Arcachon. Es fehlt einem an Nichts im Ferienhaus, jedes Details ist liebevoll gestaltet. Die Gastgeberin könnte nicht besser sein. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen, umsorgt und superlieb (mit Croissants und Schokobrötchen) verabschiedet. Ein wirklich toller Urlaub zu Ostern 2023. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans l adorable petite maison de Sylvie , qui nous a par ailleurs très chaleureusement accueillis ! Maison très propre et confortable , joliment décorée pour que l on s y sente bien , dans laquelle rien ne manque . Très bien située pour rayonner autour du bassin. Sylvie prend le temps de tout expliquer , concernant la maison et les activités, ou endroits à ne pas manquer . Nous recommandons chaudement !!

On s'y sent aussi bien que chez soit
Logement idéalement bien placé à deux pas du port ostréicole d'arcachon d'une du pyla. Maison extrêmement confortable et agréable. Les chambres sont très belles. Avoir 2 salles de bains rendent la vie plus facile. Et que dire des ustensiles et équipements de la cuisine, il ne manque rien, c'est la première fois que je rencontre une telle prestation sans compter tous les objets de décoration qui rendent cette maison exceptionnelle
