Very nice holiday home 38 km from Les Sables-d'Olonne and only 1.6 km from the nearest beach. Ideal for those looking for a seaside holiday in a peaceful setting. There are several small shops nearby. The cosy and well-equipped property is ideal for a small family with a pleasant terrace. Relax on the beach or take advantage of the water sports on offer. Additional fun for young holidaymakers are the water park in LAiguillon-sur-Mer (12 km) and the O'Gliss water park (16 km). Visit the castle of Talmont (40 km) or take a wonderful walk along the hiking trails of La Gravelle (32 km) and La Coulée Verte (29 km). Les Sables-dOlonne is nestled in a marvellous landscape and is a great destination for an excursion. Stroll along the old harbour and through the LÎle Penotte district. Continue along the kilometre-long Le Remblai beach promenade or visit the Saint-Nicolas priory. The shell museum and the zoo are interesting for families with children, and adults can try their luck at the casino. Look forward to many convivial evenings and cosy meals on the terrace of this charming holiday accommodation.

Excellent Location
The property is lovely but a little tired in the garden area. Check in was terrible, the keys were not at the property, had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights whilst a spare set of keys were located. The stay in the hotel was refunded by the agent which was good. Toilet flush stopped working last week there, could not contact the agent/person responsible for property, had to full toilet with water each time needed to use it for last week there. Even on day of check out no one had come to repair the toilet. Positive points, the property was in a excellent location for us. Access to the fun bus was perfect, would stay in property again but the check in needs to be sorted.

Bien située dans une région agréable. Plage et commerces à proximité. Propriété très agréable, confortable et bien équipée. MAIS AUCUNE INFORMATION à l'arrivée concernant les ouvertures de l'eau, gaz et électricité. Il a fallu tout chercher. Ceci après une attente de plus de 2h pour entrer dans la maison (problèmes d'organisation avec NOVASOL).
