The location is amazing with beach access, dive shop, kiteboarding school downstairs and it is some view to wake up to. The condition is not as good as a chain hotel but that’s expected in a fishing village. The staff is simply heart warming. They will do their best to make you feel at home. The room was big and clean with daily housekeeping. The room has a drinking water dispenser which was amazing for a village near dessert.
Down sides: No hairdryer was a slight issue. Only a thin blanket was provided and March nights it was really chilly for us. However, you can ask for more blankets. The water came out of the tap is very slightly salty and is likely purified from sea water. It’s not a big deal.
I love this little beach hotel. I walk out of my front door to a beautiful view of the sea and hundreds of kite surfers and foilers enjoying life. The hotel owner and staff are all very friendly, making everything easy. The convenience of the bar and food on site is a big plus as well. I would definitely stay here again.
Literally on the beach. Less crowded than neighboring resorts with a very nice beach bar with maybe 8 barstools. FANTASTIC fish tacos. The lady's know how to cook. Clean and fresh safe to east treats. Cold beer. Amazing water and beach. Lots of water sports going on. Peaceful nights sleeping on a comfy bed. Good shower with a jacuzzi and hot water. A nice touch was the five gallon drinking water fountain in the room. Great staff. Cool owner. Chill experience.
This is primarily a hotel for wind sports, which we don’t do. But it’s right smack on the beach ( swim in the morning before the wind gets up), and has a super good breakfast at its pleasant outdoor bar. Our only problem was the room was quite cold at night— it’s been an unusually cold season so far, but there isn’t any way to get heat in the rooms.
Beach access is incredible, staff super responsive, and onsite snorkeling / diving service either the best guides ever made the trip very memorable. Plan to return in the future. A real gem.
This is my new favorite place. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and it was very quiet and relaxed and lovely design. In the rooms and New . Right on the beach. Food and the restaurant was good. Perfect for Water sports in the bay.
