Maison Rose is in a lovely position in a quiet village on the River Rance, overlooking the marina. There are two bar/ restaurants in the village, and plenty more in the near vicinity. The beautiful medieval town of Dinan is only 8km away by car and 6km away along the river path. The path extends beyond Dinan and is great for running, cycling and walking.
There are 2 bars/restaurants within walking distance of the house.
St Malo, Dinard, Mont Saint Michel and the Normandy landing beaches as well as the city of Rennes are all within easy driving distance.

Accommodation in more detail:
On entering the house there is an entrance hallway with a separate WC.
Leading through to the open plan living/kitchen/dining area you are immediately aware of the spaciousness and light.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and chairs. The dining table also seats a minimum of six guests.
The modern kitchen has all you need for a self-catering holiday. This includes an electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The balcony is also on this level and is perfect for enjoying an aperitif whilst watching life go by at the marina!
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 both have King Size beds and Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
A cot can be provided.
The Master bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room. Also there is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
In the basement is a utility area with both a washing machine and tumble dryer.

OUTSIDE:
The lovely, private back garden with its walnut and fruit trees, is perfect for eating “al fresco” during the warmer months.
A Bbq has been provided and also a patio heater. Outdoor furniture also is available. Although dogs are accepted (one only and by prior arrangement) please be aware that the garden is not secured.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.

Parking is possible outside the house and one space on the driveway

Birthday in Brittany
Maison Rose was the perfect spot for 3 of us to gather for our exploration of Brittany to celebrate milestone birthdays. The house is in a beautiful setting overlooking the marina. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. Kitchen and bathrooms are modern, beds are comfortable and the house is equipped with both TV and music player. The owners have provided everything to make a stay enjoyable. We were just sorry the weather was too cool to enjoy the deck or backyard. Little Lyvet was a good base for exploring the northeast Brittany Coast. We took day trips every day, and had even more options on our list.

Beautiful home in a magical location
This is a fab property in a glorious location. The property offered comfort, convenience and a little bit of luxury. There are lots of great places to visit nearby and the local restaurant is a real gem. We had the best week here and will definitely be back for more.

Ein schönes , großzügiges Domizil direkt am Yachthafen
Schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus ; ideal für 6 Personen. Das Willkommen war warmherzig - Cecily , die Verwalterin, sehr freundlich. Es durften unter eigener Verantwortung sogar die beiden Fahrräder,die den Besitzern gehören, genutzt werden. Der einzige Nachteil ist das Fehlen einer Bäckerei in der Nähe. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Ort ; sowohl zum Entspannen als auch für den Aktivurlaub. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet , sogar mit scharfen Messern.
