My shower did not work and I was unable to speak with anyone in reference to this. The Lodge was so over booked that families were sitting on the floor with luggage waiting to get a room. It was like an airport in a winter storm. very upsetting. I was not able to speak with anyone as I called and it goes to reservations, they transfer you to the front desk and the front desk never answers because they are so busy, they can't even keep up with the people in the lobby. It is a continues circle, never ending.

For the price paid, there is an expectation of pristine service, room design, and amenities. Small details of room are disappointing: random splotches of paint, creaky beds, poorly placed TV, slowly draining tub. Unlike most GWL’s there is a dearth of entrances closer to rooms making for long treks to the car. Print out for kids’ events mismatched actual time of events. Wait times for any food are not short. None of these things would be a deal breaker for a hotel under $300/night but this was almost double that.
