Overall I liked it and would stay again. The only problems I had was the first shift girl was rude for no reason so if I stayed again I would check in on another shift besides hers and the floor in the room had not been swept, it was long strands of hair all over the floor. The second shift front desk lady as well as the ladies that do breakfast and the housekeeping staff that I had contact with were all really nice.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the first night was excellent however the second night at 315 am I was awoken by the night clerk yelling at someone on the phone she was obviously arguing with somebody she knew in regards to loaning her car. She was so lowed she woke dogs in other rooms and got them barking. I checked out at 5:30 am and she was still on the phone yelling

The staff was fantastic from the front desk to housekeeping. Especially with the large crowd that arrived because of hurricane evacuation. Updates to the property are needed for the floor we stayed on. Our room had a smoke smell even though it is a non smoking hotel.

A very pleasant stay!
Everything about this hotel was top notch! My husband and I were in town for a family event and this hotel had gotten good reviews for a reasonable price. The hotel and grounds were attractive and well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and up to date with Wi-Fi, plenty of plug ins and charging ports. It was nice to find the extras of tissues, lotion, a shower cap and a hair dryer in the bathroom, as well as plenty of counter space. The beds were very comfortable and we liked the modern darkening shade on the window. It was nice and quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was included with a nice selection of hot and cold foods! The woman that oversaw it was helpful and made sure everything was kept stocked and clean. I wish we could find hotels like this one everywhere we travel!
