The holiday villa is in the centre of Rabac, the pearl of the east coast of Istria. It offers a breathtaking view over the whole bay and the Kvarner islands. Despite the central location, the house is in a quiet area and is surrounded by greenery.
The ground floor provides access to the large terrace. The outdoor area has a lot to offer, with a gazebo, pool and outdoor kitchen, with a barbecue (wood or charcoal), a small fridge and a sink. There is also an outdoor WC. The area around the pool has a solar-powered outdoor shower, parasols and deckchairs. Next to it is a large gazebo with a table and benches, from which you can see the whole surroundings, the sea and the town of Labin and where you can relax at any time of day. The house has two private parking spaces on the fenced site. The house is connected to the main road via stairs. A cot, highchair and a USB stick for mobile Internet access are available on request and charges apply.
The house has a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there are a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a large dining table for eight people. Directly adjoining it there is the living room with a sofa, radio and satellite TV. The first floor consists of three bedrooms with double beds. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony. There are also a bathroom with a shower and a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The whole house has air conditioning.
Nearby, within a radius of 500-1000 metres, you can find tennis courts and a paint ball establishment, as well as hiking and cycling trails. It is only about a two-minute walk to the harbour and ten minutes to the nearest beach. Whether you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday or a more active stay, this holiday villa is the perfect place for you to experience the combination of sun, sea and natural beauty.
