Good place, dont sell alcohol dont use the shuttle
Great hotel, nice views, pay for the room with view to the beach won't regret it. However the place dont sell any alcohol so be aware. Wifi comes and goes not reliable. breakfast is alright.

Nice location on the water within walking distance to town. We saw the most amazing sunsets from the property on our two nights there. Breakfast was included but wasnt that great. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. Room was clean, just a little dated. Overall, it was a good stay. Our base while exploring Komodo.

Good hotel, great view of harbor
Good hotel, clean, friendly staff, not much English but enough to get around, nice pool, and excellent view of the harbor, sunset from the room is nicer than from the pier. The rooms are okay, nothing fancy but gets the job done, and a good price considering the view. All in all a good stay

Unforgettable holiday.
The hotel is clean and has a good breakfast. The staff go out of their way to help. The location is perfect. A pleasant 10 minute walk to the centre of Labuan Bajo, a view of the bay to die for and a pier to catch a speed boat to the islands. Holidays don't come much better. A touch of luxury at a very good price.

Good value accomodation with outstanding views.
A comfortable hotel with amazing views from the Seaview side. Friendly staff who were helpful. It was an almost there hotel experience. A lovely pool with swim up bar facility but no bar or staff there. The restaurant was large and airy but sparsely finished. The food however was freshly prepared and tasty. The jetty attached to the hotel was the starting and finishing point for some of the local island tours which was a bonus. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Currently they are building a new wing to the hotel which will double the size of it. There is also a new development next door housing restaurants,bars, music and dancing due for completion about September 2018 that will provide more entertainment options in the area. Overall a pleasant stay that represented good value. Would visit again.

The whole hotel is very dirty and run down There are loads of staff but they don’t seem to do anything Major construction going on Stunning view and pool area but v noisy at mo with construction Forgot to pick us up from airport as arranged Sheets and towels were very dirty and did not smell like they’d been washed

Hotel needs to be upgraded
The hotel is in a great location but is in a serious need of an upgrade and clean, The walls are dirty throughout the hotel and all the towels are stained and are in different colours. The staff are friendly and do not always speak the best english but they always try their best.

The Delux room I stayed at was ok, the view from the 5th floor was wonderful, however the shower in the bathroom was disappointing due to the lack of water pressure you were struggling to have a shower. The English at the front desk was not the best, however which was very disappointing was a never received my wake - up call at 04:15am to go to see the Komodo Dragon which was the main reason for visiting Flores. The guy at the reception was asleep luckily for me I had set the alarm on y I phone. The receptionist also still half asleep at 04:30am gave me the wrong takeaway breakfast for my trip, when I complained about the services I was getting I asked to see the manager in charge. I was told that he was on holidays & then ask who was the next in charge & got a reply nobody!!. Breakfast was also disappointing with slow cleaning the breakfast tables, the morning juices like orange kept running out & was slow to be filled. The food was cold due to the trays lids being opened by the hotel guests. Overall standard of hotel would be 3/10 disappointing. The only glimmer of light was a guy called UNNO who was very helpful & his English was OK. No lifeguard around the pool after 06:00pm even though pool stayed open until 08:00pm

Large hotel not too far from the centre
One of the large hotels, 15 minutes walk from the main centre street in Labouan bajo. But better take a taxi when dark. Did not swim in the sea, not particularly nice or clean, but pool area is fine! The rooms are a bit dated, and very simple. But its a good place to stay as a base for trips to the wonderful islands of Komodo, Rinca, Pradar. These are highly recommended for seeing the Komodo dragon, snorkeling and swimming. Some bad management when we arrived early; they wanted to give us a room without seaview, even if we ordered one with view. We got to switch though.
