A spacious, shaded terrace equipped with a barbecue offers direct access to the kitchen/dining area. The villa includes a private enclosed swimming pool (10m x 5m) secured by a fence, with a maximum depth of 1.70 m.
The property is located in the countryside, about 1.5 km from the centre of the village, where you will find local shops: bakery, bar-restaurant.
