The staff were exceptionally cordial and helpful. Whenever we passed through the lobby they always said hello and asked if they could do anything like extra towels etc. Lisa and Cameron were especially kind and efficient. We usually stay at another hotel chain but will definitely stay here should we come back

This was our fourth stay. The hotel is always clean (except that the hallway carpet is worn) and nicely decorated. All the employees are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and well-designed with a mini-fridge (with a freezer compartment!), microwave, and sink. We always ask for a room with a view of the fountain-- despite the location on a busy road across from a shopping mall, the view is lovely. The fountain is beautifully lit at night. During the day you can see the attractive pedestrian walkway into downtown. The downtown is well worth a visit. Within just a few blocks, there's a nice bookstore, gift stores, a wonderful candy shop with assorted Sweets they make on site, and numerous restaurants.
