Unreasonable check in
Swe arrived shortly after 1:30PM. The clerk advised check-in time wasn't until 4PM and we would have to wait. I requested an earlier check0-in time due to needing to change clothes and we were meeting some people at 4Pm across town. We left and drove around returning to the hotel at 3:30. There were other customers there that had been waiting for rooms also, and no one was happy. I finally got a room shortly before 4PM and was only late for our meeting by 10 minutes. 4PM check in time at a hotel that was not anywhere near capacity is ridiculous. We will choose another hotel in the future when in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Awesome Hotel
Had a great stay, brought 3 grandchildren our room was large enough for all of us. The only thing I would change would the breakfast. It would be nice to have hot pancakes or waffles. My grandchildren and my husband and myself enjoy that for breakfast. Hotel was wonderful and we will be back soon, and will make this our go to hotel in Lafayette La.

The room was spacious, but we had very thin sheets no mattress pads, very thin and dingy comforter! There was mildew in the shower and the toilet was very unstable. Housekeeping didn't refresh our room or towels for a two night 3 day stay. The breakfast was Average! Staff friendly! Will unfortunately be one and done for us staying in another Hotel of this chain.

Nice stay for family size, but faulty shower!
Room accommodative for family traveling with children. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options! Was disappointed that after reporting our shower heat was faulty and not spraying water evenly nothing was done had to report again same night and attendant did apologize and offered reward points. I hav not received notification email regarding reward points yet!

The suites are nice and big. They have a good sized breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants near you. This is a good place to stay.

They need some major updating. This is definitely not like the other suites Ive stayed at. Out dated TVs, uncomfortable beds and pillows.
