The property was clean and the common areas have been improved. The elevator is very slow and needs to be replaced. The room was clean but the bathroom tub/shower needs updating. The shower head was very low on the wall.

It was the worst night's sleep I've had in awhile. The hotel is shabby and dank (as in, there is a lot of moisture in the air and it feels sticky and disgusting), the bed is incredibly uncomfortable, and the bedspread had cigarette burns and questionable stains on it. The a/c clunks on and off all night, with the option to freeze or sweat in the wet heat. Overall, everything was just very low quality and borderline gross.

We were pleasantly surprised with Quality Inn. All the other hotels were outrageously priced so we settled for Quality Inn! The staff were exceptional and especially the receptionists!!! The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable and spacious!! Definitely reserve there again!

Overall a solid dependable hotel for a 1-night stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean but sparse. It felt like they needed a slight refresh and could have used a bit more decor/hotel chairs.

This hotel is in need of an update. Our bathroom sink had cracks, it wasnt leaking but the cracks look worn out and dirty. The room smelled musty, dingy towels and linens. You can see they've been used like for ever. Good thing, theres an IHOP and walmart right next door.
