Loved the staff, the location, the hotel. Very clean. However your site is not accurate. I booked a double room king bed. Also booked because of the bar/lounge you advertised. None of these things exist. Please update your listings. I paid extra for a two room/King bed as you advertised. This hotel doesn't even have those. I chose this hotel because of the on-site bar/lounge. They do not have one and in fact never have.

We really enjoyed our stay. We prefer your hotel over the many other choices because your hotel is spotless. We feel very safe and your breakfast is very good. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. We will stay again.

One night stay with family. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location for dining and shopping. Not many amenities in room. First time renting a room and didn’t have a coffee pot or microwave in it. Otherwise, worth the price.

This hotel was on a lower budget end of the price range and it was about what I expected for the price. The room was very basic. Microwave and coffee were only in the lobby area and there was only one available ice machine. I was informed of this at check-in and the listing on the app reflects this as well. There are maintenence issues, doors were hard to close and room door had light shining through cracks around it from the hall. This is an older facility and as such has thin walls and sound transmission has not been helped by renovations that took out carpets. Staff were friendly at check-in and out. A standard hot hotel breakfast was continuously being restocked by friendly workers during the busy breakfast time. The area of town felt very safe and the hotel sits in a wide open area in a modern section of town with multiple restaurant choices within 5-10 minute walk.

Not living up to the Hilton Name
This was a redemption trip to see if things had improved from the last stay. I can honestly say it was ok however, there were a few things not up to par in the bathroom in room 306. The shower head was moldy, and so was the cracks in the tile. The cleaning crew should have reported the condition. Also when main door closes, you have to physically push it together or it will still be open. That's a safety concern..
