Great place in the heart of the buzz.
Hotel staff were super sweet, helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. My only 2 "complaints", which are just personal preference, are that 1. The room darkening curtain doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the window, so there is a gap and the sun shines directly into it in the morning. 😢 There is a 2nd decorative curtain that does go down, but it is more see thru, so doesnt so much. 2. The bed is HARD as a rock. Like, it was so firm you could bounce a quarter off of it to the ceiling. It is still 5 stars because it was just a great place, and I'm not gonna penalize for personal preference. Definitely recommend!!

At the property on the weekend I stayed there were many young people staying. They were hanging out in the lobby and around the hotel. It was a little noisy starting early in the morning due to this. It was a nice stay. I felt safe around the outside. It was a good area to stay in for shopping and food options.

Loved the staff, the location, the hotel. Very clean. However your site is not accurate. I booked a double room king bed. Also booked because of the bar/lounge you advertised. None of these things exist. Please update your listings. I paid extra for a two room/King bed as you advertised. This hotel doesn't even have those. I chose this hotel because of the on-site bar/lounge. They do not have one and in fact never have.

We really enjoyed our stay. We prefer your hotel over the many other choices because your hotel is spotless. We feel very safe and your breakfast is very good. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. We will stay again.
