Comfortable and clean hotel with very polite staff
Lovely hotel with very polite staff. Most importantly for me, the hotel is very clean. However, my only disappointment was with the restaurant, and when I asked to see a manager he never showed up. That said, I still give it five stars overall and would be happy to stay there again…

De Rigg Place is in a very convenient location. The prices are very reasonable & the staff there is excellent as well. The rooms & amenities are also very well kept as well as cleaned daily which i love!

Only thing that was suspect was that the water from the faucet seemed slightly dark rather than clear. Food from restaurant was excellent but sometimes they were slow getting the food to the room

Location was okay, appalled by the fact that the said complimentary breakfast wasn't served with something as simple as a cup of tea, I charged 2000 naira for 1 sachet of peak milk and a Lipton teabag without my consent. Upon reaching out to a supervisor he seemed surprise and yet did nothing about it. Service could have been better and had to switch multiple rooms due to AC issues.

I was embarrassed by the security man. There was no internet connection, I had to use my own router. I called the reception to complain about the internet but no one got back to me and the issue was never fix throughout my stay.
